Our lightweight, hypoallergenic pieces are built to last, but if they don't meet your expectations, we make the return process seamless.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the titanium jewelry or watch in its original gift box and packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your shipping package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
